To produce our products with the highest quality using all types of advanced technology under current conditions and to continuously improve them, leveraging the experience and awareness we have gained in the Electrical Household Appliances sector;

To ensure absolute customer satisfaction and its continuity from start to finish in all our activities;

To be conscious of the fact that the trust we have established with our customers and suppliers is a significant asset, and to increase this asset every passing day;

To comply with our legal obligations, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 Standards, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental legislation, and the requirements of organizations of which we are members;

To enable all our employees to improve themselves and their work through necessary information and training;

To strive to achieve the goal of "zero work accidents and occupational diseases" by believing that work accidents are preventable, ensuring the active participation of all our employees, and eliminating risks at the source;

Within the scope of all our activities, to utilize our recyclable wastes, reduce the use of limited natural resources, prevent pollution caused by hazardous wastes, and take necessary precautions not to negatively affect living organisms or pollute the environment;

To ensure that our targets are defined, reviewed, and the system is continuously improved without compromising the Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems standards.
